fa عوامل بازدارنده مشارکت دامداران در احیای مراتع آق قلا در استان گلستان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>تجربه نشان داده است که در حفظ و احیای مراتع، هر نوع برنامه‌ریزی، سیاست‌گذاری و تصمیم‌گیری متمرکز و بدون حضور و مشارکت مردم ناموفق بوده است. از این رو، پژوهشی با هدف تعیین عوامل بازدارنده مشارکت دامداران در طرح‌های احیای مراتع، در منطقه آق‌قلا از شهرستان گرگان به اجرا درآمد. روش انجام تحقیق مشاهده مستقیم بود، که در آن از شیوه پیمایشی استفاده گردید. هم چنین، برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه همراه با مصاحبه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه، یکی کارشناسان تهیه‌کننده طرح‌های مرتع‌داری و دیگری دامداران منطقه بود.</p><p> نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که بر اساس نظریات کارشناسان، به ترتیب عوامل آموزشی، اقتصادی، برنامه‌ریزی و اجتماعی بیشترین تاثیر را در عدم مشارکت دامداران منطقه دارند. ولی بر پایه نظریات دامداران، به ترتیب عوامل برنامه‌ریزی، اقتصادی، آموزشی و اجتماعی بیشترین اثر را در عدم مشارکتشان داشته است. </p> <p>Experience has shown that all centralized planning, policy-making and decision-making which presuppose exclusion of public participation have never been successful in achieving their objectives. The goal of this research is to determine the driving and preventive factors of herders’ participation in rehabilitation designs of Aghghala ranges in Gorgan Province. The research method was direct observation in which measurement techniques were used.
