fa بررسی امکان رشد جبرانی با تغییر تراکم مواد مغذی جیره در جوجه های آمیخته گوشتی آرین عمومى General پژوهشي Research به منظور بررسی امکان رشد جبرانی با تغییر تراکم مواد مغذی جیره در جوجه‌های گوشتی ماده آمیخته آرین، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با استفاده از جیره‌های استاندارد و رقیق طراحی و اجرا شد. در این تحقیق منظور از جیره استاندارد، جیره بیان شده در دفترچه راهنمای مدیریت پرورش جوجه‌های آمیخته گوشتی آرین، توصیه شده به وسیله شرکت سهامی طیور کشور بود. جیره رقیق هم جیره‌ای بود که بر حسب شرایط کشور در مرغداری‌های ایران تهیه و مصرف می‌گردد. ولی در هر دو جیره نسبت انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز به مواد مغذی ثابت نگهداشته شده بود. جوجه‌ها در هفت تیمار مورد بررسی، به ترتیب در دوران آغازین، رشد و پایانی از جیره‌های استاندارد و استاندارد و استاندارد، استاندارد و رقیق و رقیق، رقیق و استاندارد و رقیق، رقیق و رقیق و استاندارد، رقیق و استاندارد و استاندارد، رقیق و رقیق و رقیق، و بالاخره استاندارد و استاندارد و رقیق استفاده کردند. هر تیمار دارای سه تکرار، و هر تکرار شامل 30 قطعه جوجه بود. آزمایش در فصل پاییز، روی بستر، با استفاده از 630 قطعه جوجه ماده آمیخته گوشتی آرین به مدت هشت هفته انجام شد. در این آزمایش مشخص شد در تیمارهایی که پس از اعمال جیره رقیق در دوره آغازین، از جیره‌های استاندارد در دوران رشد و پایانی استفاده نمودند، افزایش وزن جوجه‌ها کاهش معنی‌داری نسبت به دیگر تیمارها نداشت. اما میزان مصرف خوراک به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از تیمارهای دیگر بوده و بازده خوراک بهتری نیز داشتند. در این تیمارها درصد تلفات به طور معنی‌داری در سطح پایین‌تری قرار داشت، و شاخص تولید بهتر از دیگر تیمارها بود. ویژگی‌های لاشه، شامل درصد امعا و احشا، و نیز چربی شکمی تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان نداد. ولی هزینه خوراک به ازای تولید هر کیلو مرغ زنده در تیمار حاوی جیره‌های رقیق، در هر سه مرحله پرورش جوجه‌های گوشتی، کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود. <p>An experiment was conducted in order to study the possibility of compensatory growth by changing dietary nutrients concentration in the female Arian broiler chicks using a completely randomized design by means of standard and diluted diets. By standard diet is meant diet recommended by Arian’s guide catalogue and by diluted diet is meant the diet used in Iran broiler farms. However, both diets contain the same nutrient/energy ratios. Chicks in the seven treatments received in their starter, grower and finisher stages standard and standard and standard, standard and diluted and diluted, diluted and standard and diluted, diluted and diluted and standard, diluted and standard and standard, diluted and diluted and diluted, standard and standard and diluted respectively. Feed consumption and feed conversion ratio of these treatments were statistically lower than other treatment groups. Furthermore, production index and percentage of mortality was better than other treatment groups. Likewise, viscera% and abdominal fat% remained significantly constant in all treatment groups.
