Tachinidae)]</span> درمنطقه اصفهان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">به منظور تشخیص گونه غالب مگس پارازیتویید سن گندم در اصفهان، و شناخت ویژگی‌های بیولوژیک آن، طی سال زراعی 77-1376، از مناطق و ارتفاعات مختلف استان، جمعاً 9 بار نمونه‌های سن گندم جمع‌آوری، و بررسی‌های آزمایشگاهی و مزرعه‌ای لازم به عمل آمد.</p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> نتایج نشان داد که بین مگس‌های پارازیتویید سن گندم در شرایط آب و هوایی اصفهان،.<em>Phasia subcoleoptrata</em> L گونه غالب است. این گونه در شرایط مذکور دارای دو نسل در سال بوده، و زمستان را به صورت شفیره در خاک، زیر بوته‌های اماکن تابستان‌گذرانی و زمستان‌گذرانی سن گندم به سر می‌برد، و تا اوایل بهار سال بعد به صورت شفیره باقی می‌ماند. حشرات کامل نسل اول آن، قبل از ریزش سن گندم به مزارع از شفیره خارج شده، و در زمان ریزش سن، آنها را پارازیته می‌کنند. حدود 6-8 روز بعد از پارازیته شدن حشرات کامل سن گندم، تخم‌های پارازیتویید تفریخ شده و لاروها در داخل بدن میزبان شروع به رشد و نمو می‌کنند. بعد از گذشت 15-20 روز رشد خود را کامل نموده، و در داخل خاک مزارع تبدیل به شفیره می‌شوند. طول دوره شفیرگی نسل اول در شرایط آزمایشگاه برای نرها 17 روز و برای ماده‌ها 5/18 روز است. سپس حشرات کامل نسل دوم هم‌زمان با ظهور حداکثر پوره‌های سن پنج میزبان ظاهرمی‌شوند. حشرات کامل نسل دوم پارازیتویید نیز سن‌های کامل نسل جدید را پارازیته می‌کنند. </p> In order to study the parasitoid flies of Sunn pest in Isfahan, this research was conducted during the years 1997-1998. The results indicated that the dominant species of parasitoid fly is <em>Phasia subcoleoptrata</em> L. This species has two generations per year and over winters as pupae in soil under the shrubs of aestivation and hibernation places of Sunn pest and remains there until the following spring. The adults of the first generation of this parasitoid emerge from the pupae before the Sunn pest migrate to the grain fields and parasitize on the Sunn pest at the time of migration. About 6-8 days after the flies lay eggs in the body of Sunn pests, parasitoid larvae hatch from the eggs and grow in the body of their host. Larval period of parasitoid lasts about 15-20 days and then they fall on to the soil and pupate. In the laboratory, the length of pupal period for males and females is 17 and 18.5 days, respectively, for the first generation.
