fa بررسی تحمل ژنوتیپ‌های خربزه (Cucumis melo L.) به علف‌ هرز انگلی گل جالیز مصری (Orobanch aegyptiaca L.) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">به‌منظور بررسی تحمل ژنوتیپ‌های خربزه به گل ‌جالیز آزمایشی، در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی شرکت برکت در سبزوار انجام شد. در این آزمایش 14 ژنوتیپ (شامل ملون، مگسی، خاتونی، نیشابوری، طبسی، طالبی، جیم‌آباد، ایوانکی، تاشکندی، میانه، میانه آتشبار، اترک، گالیا کیهان و هیبرید گالیا) خربزه در زمینی که سابقه آلودگی به گل جالیز را داشت، کشت شدند. تیمارهای شاهد عدم آلوده به گل جالیز (کرت‌های فاقد آلودگی) نیز در هریک از ژنوتیپ‌های خربزه در قطعه زمینی با خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی و مدیریت مشابه کشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی خربزه، اختلاف معنی‌داری در وزن میوه و زیست‌توده گیاه داشتند و پارازیته شدن آنها به گل جالیز منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار وزن میوه و زیست‌توده همه ژنوتیپ‌ها شد. با توجه به ماهیت متفاوت ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه، ژنوتیپ‌های خربزه از نظر تحمل گل جالیز اختلاف معنی‌داری با هم داشتند. در بین ارقام مورد مطالعه خربزه، ژنوتیپ جیم‌آباد، کمترین تلفات میوه و وزن بوته را داشت و از طرفی از قابلیت پارازیته شدن بالایی به گل جالیز نیز برخوردار بود. این به این معنی است که این ژنوتیپ در بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی خربزه در این مطالعه از تحمل نسبی بالاتری به گل جالیز برخوردار است.</span></span></strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>In order to study the melon genotypes to broomrape,&nbsp; an experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications at Barekat research field of Jovein&nbsp; in Sabzevar, east of Iran. Seeds of 14 genotypes of melon (Melon, Magasi, Khatouni, Nishabour, Tabassi, Tallebi, Jim Abad, Eyvankay, Tashkendi, Mianeh, Mianeh atashbar, Atrak, Galia kayhan, Galia hybrid) were planted in a farm with a history of broomrape infestation and control treatments for each genotype were also planted in a farm with no history of broomrape infestation,&nbsp; but with the same physical and chemical properties of soil and management. The results showed that melon genotypes were significantly different based on fruit weight and plant biomass. Infestation broomrape led to a significant reduction in fruit&nbsp; weight and plant biomass. Melon genotypes tolerance to broomrape were significantly different. Among the melon genotypes, Jim Abad had the lowest fruit and plant weight loss. However its parasitization by broomrape was also the highest.
